Cousins Properties wanted a building directory kiosk to reinforce its class A office space at 999 Peachtree in Midtown Atlanta. AlivePromo was sourced to provide a touch screen directory kiosk that matched building decor both in the fixture and creative content.

After consulting with building management regarding the 999 Peachtree brand and their specific communication goals, AlivePromo developed a building directory kiosk with a classic brass frame and granite that matches the stately guard desk.

Content information includes a 5-day weather forecast, local traffic cameras, advertisements from building retailers, and a news ticker. Directory listings with tenant and people pages are accessed by touching the home page picture featuring the 999 building facade.

The building directory is powered by AlivePromo’s AlivePulse web-based directory management system, allowing for tenant and people information to be updated electronically within minutes.

Equipment procurement, fixture design and fabrication, installation, and networking were performed by AlivePromo.  Ongoing creative, scheduling, monitoring and maintenance are performed by AlivePromo from its Minneapolis headquarters.
