Cousins Properties was looking to distinguish 191 Peachtree Tower, the fourth largest skyscraper in Atlanta, from its nearby competitors. It was decided that installing an AlivePromo building directory would achieve that objective.

Opting to make a statement, management chose 46” LCD screens for the project, encased by a brushed muntz metal fixture.

Content features a touch enabled tenant and people listing, five-day weather forecast, traffic cameras, a rotating building amenities slide show, and a special designated area for management to post building messages.

The building directory is powered by the AlivePulse web-based Directory Management system, allowing for tenant and people information, the slide show and the message area to be updated electronically within minutes. Equipment procurement, fixture fabrication, creative design, programming, installation, and networking were performed by AlivePromo.

Ongoing creative, scheduling, monitoring and maintenance are performed by AlivePromo from its Minneapolis headquarters.
