Looking to differentiate from other food service vendors in mall food courts, Tendermaid sourced AlivePromo for a beyond the box digital sign solution to capture attention from mall-goers and dynamically display menu items and promotions.
Digital Menu Board
AlivePromo, based on food court foot traffic, designed a 4-quadrant digital menu board featuring a scroller with food and cola vendor logos and promotional messages. Animated quadrants emphasize branding, promoting trial of lesser known items, and upselling to bigger sizes and combinations. A static quadrant features high-resolution beauty shots and marquee items and combinations, while another lists all menu items, sizing options and prices.
Content is managed and delivered through AlivePulse, AlivePromo’s web-based fulfillment system that allows Tendermaid to schedule promotional loops by playlist, daypart, and change menu items and prices instantly.
Equipment procurement, installation, and networking were performed by AlivePromo. Ongoing creative, scheulding, monitoring and maintenance are performed by AlivePromo from its Minneapolis headquarters.
