September 17, 2020 – AlivePromo’s AliveFind™ Mobile Navigation for Properties
AlivePromo, Inc. in Minneapolis, Minnesota, a long time leading provider of digital display solutions for commercial properties and government entities has launched AliveFind™, a property navigation concept for smartphone users. AliveFind™ allows visitors to use their smart phones to search, find and navigate offices, stores, points-of-interest and more by scanning a QR code or texting for a link. AliveFind™ is now used at Galleria Edina in Minnesota to help visitors find stores from wherever they are in the Galleria shopping center.
“AlivePromo quickly helped our team develop an innovative solution for shoppers to navigate our shopping center with both safety and efficiency in mind,” said Rachel Oelke, Marketing Director for Galleria of Edina. “By scanning a QR code located on our directory screens, shoppers are now able to easily locate stores and restaurants with their own mobile phones; in turn enhancing the guest experience at Galleria.”
AliveFind™ is available as an AlivePromo, Inc. hosted service and does not require visitors to download a special AliveFind™ app. Property management and owners have complete say of the map look, tenant data, and other info on AliveFind™.
“This is not Google Maps or Apple Maps. AliveFind™ is property specific and ownership controlled,” said Sam Rogers, CEO of AlivePromo, Inc. “We wanted to develop something that could be customized for each client while maintaining the integrity of each client’s image, data and customer service intent.”
AliveFind™ is designed for shopping centers, office buildings, campuses, government facilities, hotels, medical centers, parks, stadiums and entertainment complexes. Content is managed via AlivePulse™, AlivePromo’s internet based content management system.
